RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.  All returned merchandise must not be altered, washed, worn, and have all tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you at your expense.  Final sale items cannot be returned.  All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise.  A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - with the condition that the merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.

Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.  Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment.  We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been completed.  Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the return to your account once they have received information from Ketch.
