Ketch offers free USPS ground shipping on all orders (USA only). When checking out, please select the "Other Shipping Options" tab on the shipping page to find the free USPS shipping option.
Ketch currently ships UPS and USPS. If ground service is selected, customers should expect their order to arrive within 1-5 business days. Seattle customers who select ground shipping should expect their package to arrive within 1-3 business days.
Ketch currently ships to the United States, Canada and Australia.
All Australian and Canadian customers are responsible for all duties upon delivery of their package. All packages will be sent via USPS if UPS is not selected as the carrier.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Ketch, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Ketch. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Gifts
If the order is a gift, the package will be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities required us to declare the value of the gift directly on the package.
